Sleiman Abou-Hamdan is a Clinical and High Performance Psychologist and executive coach known for helping leaders, teams, and organisations thrive in the Age of AI. His work integrates neuroscience, emotional intelligence, trauma science, and high-performance psychology to build leaders who are clear, courageous, and deeply connected.

He is the creator of the 3Cs Model™ (Clarity, Courage, Connection) and the Zone Management System™, two frameworks used by executives, government departments, and GCC organisations to improve decision-making, reduce reactivity, and strengthen psychological safety.

A former Australian Army Infantry Officer, Sleiman brings a rare blend of clinical depth, strategic thinking, and human-centred leadership. His programs, including Caring & Adaptive Leaders, Mental and Emotional Resilience, and EI for the Age of AI, support leaders across Australia and the Middle East.

Sleiman is the author of the upcoming book EI for the Age of AI: Mastering Clarity, Courage & Connection in the Age of AI and hosts the EI for the Age of AI podcast. His mission is to enable leaders evolve their human intelligence so they can thrive in an AI-accelerated world.

Nada Nasr is a seasoned Program Coordinator and Project Manager with over 10 years of extensive experience in managing large scale and complex programs and projects. Nada has led various impactful programs for clients of Holistic Psychology Australia, including for Medtronic, The Cancer Council, Cox Automotive, and a number of professional services firms.

Nada has so many strengths, including project management, communications, documentation, and large-scale stakeholder management, with a particular focus on professional stakeholder consultation, reporting, and coordination. Her track record highlights her ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in demanding environments.

 
 

Lucas is our dedicated Research Assistant and Program Evaluation Specialist whose work strengthens Holistic Psychology Australia’s ability to demonstrate meaningful impact, ROI, and evidence-based outcomes for clients across sectors.

Lucas plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering tailored evaluation frameworks that align with each organisation’s objectives, mission, and strategic priorities. His evaluations help clients clearly see what is working, where growth is emerging, and how leadership and wellbeing programs create measurable change at individual, team, and organisational levels.

With a talent for rigorous research and literature review, Lucas distils complex data and academic insights into clear, concise, and actionable intelligence. He specialises in turning detailed findings into simplified, strategic reports that support informed decision-making and long-term organisational growth.

 
 

Ilona is passionate about and committed to supporting organisations with the effective implementation of evidence-based initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle that deliver positive outcomes for employees and for the business.

She has developed and delivered organisation-wide learning and organisational development strategies across areas such as; mental health and employee wellbeing, leadership development, conflict resolution, project management, diversity and inclusion, career transition, and change management.

Her expert and humanistic work has included developing, facilitating and providing coaching for several global leadership development programs.

Emily sees our clients in person or through video consultations.

Experienced Sports Dietitian

Kate Gemmell is an Experienced Sports Dietician, based on Canberra and conducting sessions over Zoom/teleconference for Holistic Psychology clients.

Kate has a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry and has a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics focus of Dietetics/Dietitian from University of Canberra. She is skilled in Health Promotion, Nutritional Counselling, Nutrition Education, Dietetics and Sports Nutrition.
