In 2017 I was fortunate to have Executive Coaching with Sleiman Abou-Hamdan. The sessions were driven by Sleiman but guided by myself. Each week Sleiman would pick up on previous sessions and together we would reflect on developments during that period of time.  

Sleiman was a master of questioning and probing to really understand where I was and where I needed to be. He would ask the most challenging of questions and make me really work to understand what was required and what would gain maximal benefit for my personal development. I could not sit there and be spoon fed results, it was me who knew the answers and Sleiman lead me to organise the answers to the most pressing of questions and to orchestrate solutions to my problems.

During my period of coaching I spent a lot of time discussing resilience at an Executive level. I left each session being energised and believing in my own ability. I not only learnt a lot of skills, I also felt entirely comfortable  discussing areas I perceived as my own weaknesses and opened up to Sleiman who never judged but listened and guided with expertise
